Do I need the WhatsApp Business API?
No. Whats Agent links your existing WhatsApp number by scanning a QR code, just like WhatsApp Web — no Meta approval needed.
Any automation on a regular WhatsApp number carries some risk of restrictions. Whats Agent uses safe pacing, daily caps and quiet hours to reduce that risk, and you should only message people who opted in.
Can I send one template to many groups?
Yes. Pick a template, select groups (individually, with Select All, or by saved category), and send it to all of them in one click — now or on a schedule. Placeholders like group name, date and link are filled in for each group.
Can I delete messages from all groups at once?
Only within WhatsApp’s own delete-for-everyone time limit, from your phone.
Older messages can’t be deleted for everyone, and no tool can wipe other members’ full chat history — WhatsApp doesn’t allow it.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — both plans (Starter ₹499 and Growth ₹999 a month) start with a 14-day free trial, and no card is needed. During the trial (and our free October 2026 launch offer) you get Growth plan limits: 2 WhatsApp numbers, 25 groups, unlimited contacts, the shared team inbox and keyword auto-replies. After the trial, pay monthly, or pay yearly and save 20%. All prices are plus 18% GST.
Do you have a chat bot / smart chat agent?
Yes — the Smart Chat Agent (an auto-answer bot) is coming soon on both plans. You write your own questions and answers — services, prices, timings and FAQs — in English, Telugu, Hindi, Tamil or Kannada. When a customer messages you on WhatsApp, the agent detects what they are asking and sends your matching pre-written answer, 24x7. It also captures the customer’s name, need and phone number, and when no saved answer matches, it hands the chat over to your staff in the team inbox (handover on Growth).
Starter includes 50 free agent replies a month and Growth includes 100. Need more? Extra replies will be ₹199 per 1,000 a month (+18% GST).
Is there a shared team inbox and auto-reply?
Yes, on the Growth plan. The shared team inbox puts every WhatsApp chat in one place: assign chats to your staff login and add internal notes. Keyword auto-replies answer common questions instantly — for example “fee”, “timings” or “kitna” — and can send an away message during off-hours.
Numbers are linked by QR code. Until your number is connected, replies are saved as Queued; nothing is sent. Auto-replies only answer people who message you first.
